• PineNote (e-ink with stylus) and PineTab. Seems to be available at fabtolab but watch out for GST)

• RasPad 3 (can do desktop mode as well)

• CutiePie - based on Raspberry Pi 4. Jeff Geerling's 2021 video about it. TBH this seems outdated, now that Pi5 is out.

• Kobo e-readers are much nicer than Kindle, but still not fully open.

• Google Pixel Tablet runs both LineageOS and GrapheneOS but is not offered in India directly, though it is available on Amazon.
